Hello, I'm wanting to make adding an attachment to the playbook activity mandatory. As in the User can not move on to the next activity until an attachment is attached and a notification pops up informing the User of this requirement. Does anyone know how I can make this happen? I was told that maybe using UI Policies in combination with Client Scripts but I have not been successful. Currently I can add attachments, but I can't make them Mandatory.

I am thinking of calling a Catalog Item that simply asks for the attachment and the flow just auto completes quickly returning control to the PB.
This way I have control over the number of attachments, content and extension. Once done, if needed I can copy or relate the attachment(s) to the record that called the PB.
I was hoping there would be a good way inside the PB, but besides choosing "File Attachment" and it being mandatory - no filtering or checking

In a Playbook activity of the Questionnaire type, you can add an Attachment-type question and make it mandatory.
NOTE: In my case, I am now struggling to move or copy the file that was attached in the Playbook activity to the SC_TASK or SC_REQ_ITEM the playbook belongs to.

Hi,
In order to copy the attachment from the playbook activity to the source, you'll have to create a subflow that takes includes 2 inputs:
1) attachment table_sys_id (this is the output from the playbook attachment activity)
2) source record sys_id (this will be the sys_id of the target record you want to copy to)
In the subflow, look the attachment based on table_sys_id = <input 1 above>
Next, add a Copy Attachment action and refer to the attachment lookup step for the source record and the target record sys_id = <input 2 above>.
Hope that helps.
