Hello devs,
Has anyone encountered an issue where a playbook configuration suddenly becomes unavailable or appears to be corrupted? In our case, when we open the Playbook Designer, the configuration is now completely empty. This happened unexpectedly while we were testing.
The playbook can still be started, but it no longer proceeds, and everything is stuck in read-only mode.
We’d like to ask:
- Are there any known causes for this behavior?
- Are there possible ways to recover or retrieve the previous configuration?
- Is rollback an option in this scenario?
We’ve already started raising a HI support case, but I wanted to check with the community as well in case someone has experienced something similar.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I have seen such issues in past when configuring playbooks.
We had to clear instance cache, logout and login again to make it work.
Sometimes it doesn't work.
