Playbooks are missing UI actions

Hi,

I recently ran into an issue where non-admins couldn't access playbooks. Since then I've modified the ACL's for sys_flow_data to include snc_internal and now all users are able to access playbooks and progress them. However, in one of our playbooks we have a KB article as a step and its missing the "Mark as Complete" and "Skip" buttons as seen below and I cannot figure out why. The instructional cards have those buttons but its just these KB cards that don't. All the sys_flow_data ACL's have been modified to include snc_internal so I'm not sure why this is happening.

Hi,

As I've worked with you regarding your other issue (which by the way, please mark my reply there as "Accept Solution"), you'd want to also review your "write" ACLs for the same table: sys_flow_data.

Please follow the same guidance I gave you in your other thread around the snc_internal/snc_external situation.

Hi Allen, I did that as mentioned above in my post. Any ACL regarding sys_flow_data has had the snc_internal role added to it yet I am still having this issue, which is why I created a new post for it
