Please Clarify my query

Hi

We have a workflow to offborard the users which would automatically give the user's email id access to the manager.

So whenever anyone who mails the off boarded user, they would get an automated response saying that the user is off boarded, which is done by a custom activity in the workflow

now the business wants to change the wordings of the automated response.

I am not sure where the custom activity gets the response from.

Can you guide me on what all possible ways the automated email response be set.

We get the user data from an AD, we update the AD as well by an automated process.

Thank you

Hi @Abdul,

it might be done by a business rule, flow, workflow, scheduled job, ... it's impossible to tell without access to your instance

EDIT: you can install SN Utils browser extesion and then use the slashcommand to search within most of the codes. If that message would be hardcoded, it could be searched this way...

Enable that extension in your browser, click "/" slash symbol and type "code" and then some part of the message that you want to re-phrase...

@Abdul

you need to search how it's triggered?

scheduled job, scheduled flow, scheduled workflow etc
