Hi Banu,

Here is some steps to create the flow designer, hope this will be helpful for you

 Trigger à Service Catalog

Add Action à Get Catalog Variables

Drag and drop the requested item

Select the catalog and the variables

Add Actionà Ask for Approval

Select the approver based the use case

Add flow Logic à if

Condition: drag and drop the Approval State à give state is approved

Under the if condition

select the action and select Create Task and the sc_task table.

Select fied value and select assign group

Add locgic if -à task state = close

Add actionà update the task with the assign group

Again add the logic à give if condition is trueà create notification

Else --à end

Else -> Condition: drag and drop the Approval State à give state is rejected
