Has there been any update as to what the relief was for this unavailable Plugin Activation error?

Thank you and Best,

I'm receiving the same error / problem in my developer instance. The following has prevented me from applying update sets or activate other plugins: "Plugin Activation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for com.snc.financial_planning_pmo"

Did anyone find a resolution to this? Should I wipe and reset my developer instance to start over?

After about an hour the plugin seems to have finished activating and I'm no longer receiving the error. Patience is a virtue I suppose.

I am enabling the German Language translation plugin (com.snc.i18n.german) and I got this error message which led me here.

I noticed that the number of "Plugin Files" on the related list was increasing and so I know that the plugin is installing. It's just huge.

You can access this related list and see when the last file was updated which gives you an idea of the process although there is no target to compare it to.

Hello,

Thanks. I got the same issue now when enabling Swedish translation.
First thought the page had hung (because I started activation and then did stuff in another instance in another browser tab). But it appears it is just still working.

Well, if ever there was time to go refill my tea, this is it.
