Hello,
I am trying to install a plugin from the service now store. when try to log in the store using the servicenow id for the pid instance to install a free plugin , service now respond with the message 'Sorry, you canotr login with this servicenowid'
any idea why the servicenow store is not accepting the PID instance servicenow id

Hello @fbelghait. You cannot install apps from the store like that onto your PDI. You must either install it through the plugins module on the PDI itself OR on the developer.servicenow.com site, click your user profile, and under "Instance Actions," click Activate Plugin.
Store apps from companies other than ServiceNow are unavailable on your PDI. SOME store apps from ServiceNow will also not be available. If you've checked the two places listed above and do not see the app you are looking for, you cannot install it on your PDI.

Hi @fbelghait,
You can install the plugins by navigating to plugins from left navigator -> plugins -> search for the plugin you are looking for and install.
As the PDI Instance are not business account the error populates.

Hi,
The plugin am looking is not availiable in the list, When I go to the "find in store", the plugin is in the tlist, hitting the GET to load it in the instance require a login using a servicenow instance id, and it is not accepting the id of the PID instance.
