I attempted to install a plugin and received an email saying the plugin was activated. A few seconds later I received another email saying the activation failed. The email did not contain any reason for the failing or error messages. Does anyone know why this happened? Should I just try re-activating the plugin?

If it’s a PDI, then you can try again. Sometimes this happens when we install a plugin, so there’s nothing to worry about. Please log in and check whether all tables, applications, and modules are installed properly or not.
