Is this where i report the issue?

I encountered a similar issue an hour ago where I couldn't activate a few plugins. Try refreshing the page, and you should see the plugin get activated. I just started with it.

Refresh the PDI page and try.

 

FYI: There is no support available for PDI, so you can try these workaround.
