pop is not triggering in ATF test step

In my Incident form, Next to service field a window will auto popup once we tab out from the Short Description field after entering data into it. I have added all the required step for this auto popup the window.

But the pop up is not triggering, where as if i follow the same steps manually ,its gets triggered and the field auto popup.

were you able to click on that icon using Click Component Custom UI step?

The icon with the popup will display if I tab out from description field.
