Pop-up on Submit and open a new window to a another page

Hello,

I have a requirement that once a catalog item is submitted, user will get a pop-up message saying the follow "Your request has been submitted. You will be redirected to the Tip Sheet." Once they click on 'OK' a new tab opens with new URL page.  Can someone help with onSubmit Client Script

Do you have a onSubmit client script drafted yet with something you've tried? Can you share that script and maybe we can guide you in the right direction?
