Hi,
I have a list field that I would like to auto populate based on the values on another list field.
For example, List Field A has the options 1, 2, 3 then List Field B contains the options Red, Orange, Yellow. If List Field A has options 1 & 2 selected, I would like List Field B to automatically populate with Red & Orange.
What would be the best way to achieve this?
Thanks,
Maria

Maria,
Check out below wiki post.. Use Data update up feature like priority on the incident form. You will just need to define your new data Lookup Definition Record, then create the mappings. Wiki will welcome you through the steps. If you have questions just ask.

Thanks for the response, Patrick!
What I'm trying to do is create a UI action on the problem record. On that problem record, we have a list field. When this UI action is clicked, it will create a record on another table (custom), and that has the list field that we'd like to populate. Will the Data Lookup work if you're working with two different tables?

while creating the new record you should map the sys id's . I mean where you see the sys_id of 1 then replace it with red sys id
