Portal background

Hi Experts,

So I have changed the background in one of the Portals by uploading an image -

However, when I tried to check the element style of the background under Inspect there's nothing on it -

It used to be like this - it has the background size, image and position.

Did I change the background wrong by just uploading the image? May you please help me. Thanks!

Did you update the image under Portal branding ?

Is the image reflecting properly when you load portal?
