Hi all, i'm currently updating our CSM portal with the new configurable widgets (CSM Configurable Widgets), however I'm encountering odd behaviour and I've not been able to figure out the cause. Some of the new widgets such as the Portal Catalog Quick links and the Portal Banner Carousel work fine and when impersonating customers they show up as expected, however certain other ones in particular the data list and case card widget work fine for me as an admin, but when impersonating a customer they don't appear at all.
I've made sure that there is definitely content to display for that customer and made sure it's using the same queries as the equivalent widget for the old CSM portal which is displaying and showing records. It must be permissions or ACL related as the widget just straight up doesn't appear, so I'm reaching out to the community for assistance on figuring out what is going on here.
Might be relevant but we are also using a domain separated instance and I've been doing everything in global just to be sure it's not that.
Thanks!
EDIT: I tried the widgets in a non domain separated PDI and they are working as expected and visible when impersonating a customer. So seems either domain sep related, or something else specific to our instance.

I managed to solve the issue. On the page editor for the portal page I added the widget too, I selected the widget from the tree, then in the related lists at the bottom of the page I clicked on Who Can View Widgets and added a new entry, selecting an existing user criteria that includes customers. The impersonated customers were then able to view the widgets.
