Portal search is not AND search. Is there a way to change this?

Hello, experts!
I am considering improving the search results of the service portal and am currently looking into the specifications of the service portal search.

■Problem
When you separate words with spaces in the service portal search, it looks like an OR search.

When I mix each keyword, for some reason, four results are found.

■Goal
I want to change the OR search to an AND search. With OR search, the more search queries you add, the more search results you will get, and you may not be able to find the content you are looking for.

Are there any settings or advice to solve this problem? I look forward to your opinions.

I think the concept here is not OR or AND.

OOTB ServiceNow Uses Zing Search, and it searches using four stages:

Unfortunately, you cannot change the functionality.
