portal view not working as expected some categories.

catalog form field name is request category is reference field we are not able to see the values in the service portal but service catalog native form working as expected. like we are able to see the request category values in the native form.

for eg:

 the request category is having some fields  but we are not able to see the values in the portal view 

but we are able to see the categories in the catalog native form so could you please help me on this .
