Its about the 2nd image I guess? You don't have to focus on that. Thats more up to ServiceNow, and that part is only accessible for admins who use the widget editor. Somehow ServiceNow did just not yet update that and the old logo and colors are shown. Thats still the case if you open the widget editor on Employee Center (your first image is Service Portal, which is a bit old, move to Employee Center instead).
