POST Implementation Review task is not visible

Hi ,

 

Created a change request .

Once the change is in Implement Stage, I closed all Change tasks by selecting  "Successful with Issues / Unsuccessful"'  so that change can be moved in to 'Review' stage.

Once I click on 'Review Button' , I am expecting a new task to be created as 'POST Implementation Review'.

Please let me know if I have followed the right steps.

Suggest if I have to follow any additional steps or install any plugins for this task to display.

How are you trigger the post implementation review task? Have you built a flow or workflow? Can you share the logic so we can review it
