Posting/Replying in the ServiceNow community requires Approval, even thought I used partner email

Hi Everyone, 

When I posted my first question in the community, I noticed that it needed to be approved before being published. After some searching, I found out that this is ServiceNow policy for first-time posts.

 

However, I’d like to ask if this also applies to replies. My replies are taking a very long time to be approved, which makes those who are trying to help me wait unnecessarily to see my response. This is not ideal, as they don’t know if their help is useful or not until much later.

 

Could someone from ServiceNow please clarify this and help me with the matter?
