Hello,
We create the Powershell action in the Flow to create AD account for new hires. The script will be running from MID server and this transaction will take time around 37-39 seconds. We found the issue is
- 90% is working fine, it will create AD account and return the Output
- Around 10%, the AD account has been created successfully (found the AD account in AD and the Step said 'completed') but in the Powershell action, it doesn't return the Output (empty), see below picture.
- I observed that it randomly occur especially when there's multiple (around 3+) flows triggered at the same time.
I tried to research and found this article https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0954996
But I am not sure is this the root cause and moreover, I cannot find the MID server property - sa.local_command_timeout_ms as mentioned in KB article.
Does anyone have idea regarding this?
