I am working on exporting a report where the fields with an HTML field type display the same format (in this case bullet points) in the exported pdf as they do in the original record. For example:
- In the record we can see bullet points
- However, when the report pulls the data I can instead see the HTML tags
- Then in the report, once it is exported as a pdf, the bullet points or tags don't show at all.
How can I retain the bullet points in the exported report?
Bonus question, how can I export/save the report as a word document?
