Prevent user with specific role from personalizing the list in workspace.

We have specific agents and want to prevent them from personalizing the list in CSM Workspace. Is it possible?

Check the list control access configuration and restrict list personalization permissions for users with the specified role.

glide.ui.list_mechanic.roles works only in native UI and not in Workspace.

might not configurable, although can have a look

navigate to UI Builder > Select the List component and, in its configuration, turn off the column personalization. Some releases only expose this on the list menu config instead (sys_ux_list_menu_config), which has hide display flags, so check there too.

Don’t change the default page. Create a page variant (Pages > Variants > New) and set its Audience (sys_ux_applicability) to your specific roles.

try to make copy of List variant and then hide it and then use script there
