Prevent users from logging in SN instance while preform maintenance.

We are in the process of upgrading from Paris to Rome.  Is that a way to block all users from accessing the system except Admin role?

You can disable the sso and route the landing page to some downtime page (a custom page) using page route map functionality of servicenow.

It was set up by our Cyber Security team.  Therefore, I wouldn't know which type of SSO?

Could you let me know how many sso are there?

Yes It might be from F5 or Azure.
But you can turn off the sso and route the landing page to some downtime page a.

We did this and was working fine.

I reached out the Cyber team regarding the sso.  We are using Azure.

This is totally new to me.  Could you please provide steps on how to route the landing page to some downtime page?
