PrivateなApplicationが選択できません

OOTBのNotificationレコードを編集するためにApplicationを変更しようとしたら対象のApplicationが表示されませんでした。

なぜでしょうか?

また、どうすればこのApplicationを使用できるのでしょうか?

As mentioned it's an OOTB component which got installed with that private application and due to protection policy you can't edit it.

Yes that's a application from ServiceNow itself.

yes you can't edit that as it's private application.

It must be marked as Protection Policy as read-only at notification config level

It is expected behavior as the publisher of the app might have made it read-only or protected. You can check with Application publisher and see if they can help with necessary customization.

I tried in PDI and it is read-only and does not allow to edit

Create a new notification as per your requirement and system allows to create notification on the same table 'sn_pipeline_pipeline_instance' based on custom requirements. Please see below for sample notification created in PDI
