Problem changing the view

Hello,

I have a problem, I can't change the user view.

When trying to create an article, the view that appears is CSP Workspace, so the fields do not appear. The problem is that the option to switch to default view does not appear.

Where can I configure this so that the view selection option appears?

Once it is changed any new article that will be created will use the last preference set by the user and thus the case.

You can ask user to change the view and once done try to create a new article to check the difference.

Hi Diego,

Can you try changing the view from the List view and not the Form view?

OR if you want to open from Form view, open an existing record before and try changing. The View option may not show up for new record.
