Problem Task type is not available in SOW

Hi Team,

 

When clicked on create new Problem Task Ui button in SOW from Problem record there should be 2 options Root cause analyses and General but these are not visible . Kindly suggest attached screenshot

Please repair the SOW plugin once and check again.

it's available OOTB in SOW when you click New in Problem task related list.

Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Go to sys_ux_app_route and check for below condition

 

App Configuration = 'Service Operation Workspace' and Screen Collection contains 'Problem'

 

Check and confirm, record exist and screen collection is available. If it not available, check with another instance and over-ride any customizations done to screen collection mapping

Go to UI Builder -> Page Collection -> SOW - Record tabs middle. Check if you have performed any customizations to 'Problem Task Related List SNC' and revert the settings to default
