Problem Task type is not available in SOW

Hi Team,

 

When clicked on create new Problem Task Ui button in SOW from Problem record there should be 2 options Root cause analyses and General but these are not visible . Kindly suggest attached screenshot

Hi @Bhuvan  , Thank for reply , but i have checked all above conditions you mentioned it is very similar , but also we are unable to see the options when clicked on Create problem task.

may be some customizations are done.

Did you check with admin role?
