Hi
I have the following problem. I cannot get SN to accept Danish as the login language, or change from another language in the Service Portal.
We're translating the Service Portal from English to Swedish, Norwegian and Danish. For reference, we have activated the I18N: Spanish Translation. We have also activated the following plugins:
I18N: Internationalization
I18N: Internationalization Translation helper
I18N: Knowledge Management Internationalization Plugin v2
I18N: Spanish Translation
Since neither Swedish, Norwegian or Danish are available as plugins, we have added those languages manually. We have also configured the choices by right-clicking on Languages on the user profile (Default view).
In order to translate for example something that exists in the Translated Text (TRT), I need to be logged in with the language that I want to translate to - which works fine with Swedish and Norwegian. But why not Danish? All three languages are set up/configured the same way? Everytime I try to set the login language to Danish, it keeps going back to whatever language it was before. On the Service Portal profile widget-thingie, it works fine to change the language to Swedish or Norwegian, but not Danish. Why is that?
I would greatly appreciate any help I can receive in this matter!
This is all done in the London release.
Below are some screenshots of what it looks like.
Kind regards
Marlowe Klingvall

Hi Marlowe,
Very strange indeed, are you getting any errors in your browser's console? Maybe that could lead us to the answer.
Thanks,
Josh

The problem is solved. The problem seems to be that we had entered "dk" as the ID for Danish. When we changed it to "da" it worked! 🙂
