Problems with Suggested results in ESC portal

When I search a keyword in the esc portal, the suggested results of the Record producers redirects me to the com.glideapp.servicecatalog_cat_item_view. This problem occurs only for the Suggested Results. I tried looking at the AI Search Sources and lot of KB articles. Nothing is helpful. Please pour some suggestions.

Hi @Lavanya11!
Check if you need to create an AI Search Result Action (docs). You can configure to which view the user will be redirected.
Table: sp_ai_search_results_action_config
As you can see, there are already some actions created. Clone them and change the field values according to your needs. Here is an example of the Catalog Item action that is applied to the default Employee Center portal:

I have already looked in this table (sp_ai_search_results_action_config). We actually have two portals. Both the portals have almost the similar data in the above mentioned table. But this problem occurs for us only in the esc portal. Sorry this solution didn't work for me

This behavior occurs in the Suggest Result section of the Search Bar or the Suggest Result on the Results Page (Genius Result)?

Here I am atttaching the necessary data. We are using for two different portals. But for the other portal it is working good.
