Hi,
I want to explore Process Optimization module in servicenow , As I checked in snow docs , plugin 'com.sn_process_optimization' is required to setup Process Optimization.
But I am not able to find this plugin in store . Is this plugin licensed or we can get it for free to check functionality of Process Optimization.
Thanks
Deepak

Hi @deepak50
Here is a link to the ServiceNow store application: Process Optimization Store Page
On my end (for my organization) it is showing that I would need to request a license for this. However, this will depend on your organization. You can talk to your account representative to inquire further on this. You may be able to try this out for free in a PDI.

Hi Matt,
I tried this link using my PDI login mail id , but this is not allowing me to login.
Did you try this on your PDI.
Thanks
Deepak

Hi Deepak,
You would need to "Activate Plugin" from the "Instance Actions" on a PDI. I just checked and it doesn't look like it is available to me (my PDI is on Tokyo version)
Best bet might be to contact your account rep and see if they would let you install on a sub-production instance.

Hello Matt,
I have the same issue and I'm on Utah instance (PDI). I don't have developer access in my company but I wanted to test this plugin so I can see if it benefits our use case. Is there a way that it can be installed on my PDI?
