Process Optimization in servicenow

Hi,
I want to explore Process Optimization module in servicenow , As I checked in snow docs , plugin 'com.sn_process_optimization' is required to setup Process Optimization.
But I am not able to find this plugin in store . Is this plugin licensed or we can get it for free to check functionality of Process Optimization.

Unfortunately, I believe this is just a plugin not available to PDIs  (just checked mine, also on Utah, also unable to install). See the note on the developer documents here regarding "some store plugins being unavailable". As stated above, the contact your rep advice is all I got. Good luck!
