Prohibited file extension message for Attachment on portal is not showing

For some reason when I upload a file on the Portal, I don't get the message at all, and the attachment doesn't get added.
Not sure why, it's very OOTB, any ideas?

Hi,
So what is the issue faced now.
1) You added that extension in the list and it is allowing you to attach
OR
2) You removed that extension from the list and it is not giving you alert after adding vsd file
Can you check these 2 properties as well
glide.attachment.blacklisted.extensions - contains vsd
glide.security.attachment_type.use_blacklist - whether it is true or false

I did that search and those two properties do not exist in the system.

I kept only txt in the extension and it is giving me message on both native and portal view when I attach any other extension file
Possibly some issue in your PDI.
System Property:
Native view: it gave me this message
Portal View: it gave me the message

Try it with the Vendor Risk Portal, and on a Assessment record, this is where i'm having the issue.
