Hi CV1,
The layout of the Details tab in the Project Workspace is directly controlled by the Form Layout of the underlying Form View.
You do not need to edit the Workspace configuration itself; you simply need to reorder the form sections in the classic backend.
Here is the step-by-step:
Open a Project in the Classic UI: Navigate to pm_project.list and open any project record in the standard (backend) interface.
Switch to the Workspace View: The Project Workspace usually pulls the layout from a specific view (often named "Workspace" or "Project Workspace").
Click the "Hamburger" menu (Additional Actions) > View > Select Workspace (or the specific view your workspace is configured to use).
Configure Form Layout:
Right-click the header > Configure > Form Layout.
In the slushbucket, look at the items in bold or with a section indicator (e.g., * Section: Business Case).
Reorder:
Select the section header (e.g., Business Case) and use the Up/Down arrows to move it below "Lessons Learned".
Note: Moving the Section header automatically moves all fields contained within it.
Save: Click Save. Refresh your Project Workspace, and the order on the Details tab will be updated.
If this response helps you solve the issue, please mark it as Accepted Solution.
This helps the community grow and assists others in finding valid answers faster.
Best regards, Brandão.
