Providing Release Notes for Agile Development Sprints to Users

As part of the monthly development process, we provide a set of release notes to our end users and ITIL users so they are  aware of the updates and changes we have provided for them.

We currently have one article that acts as a "Table of Contents" and has links to all previous release notes from previous months and years. 
It is becoming cumbersome when searching for the term "release notes" as we are getting dozens of articles and the number is growing as time goes on. 

The screenshots provided displays:
1. The "table of contents" article for all Release Notes
2. The results when "release notes" is submitted in Search

Looking for suggestions of other ways to display past release notes without having an overwhelming number of articles to come up in search.

As the topic includes release notes around development work, I submitted the question here in the Developer section. Please let me know if there is a more appropriate section.
