PTO workspace is not visible in the Global SearchBox

Hello Team,

As per checking the PTO workspace is not visible in the Global SearchBox.
I have gone through the KB "https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB1537094"
(Unified_Navigation_app_shell.png Screenshot attached)

Multiple Experience is set to True in Unified Navigation App but still it is showing below options(Find the screenshot below(Options_Visible.png screenshot))

What needs to done from our end?
