You would need to go through the following steps:

  1. Your company needs to become a Technology Partner. This is a process that involves a fee and some legal agreements.
  2. Once your company is approved you'll receive a couple of vendor instances that have the ability to submit applications for certification. You should ideally rewrite your application in one of these vendor instances.
  3. Submit your app for certification. Certification has historically been a 6-8 week process where you work with a certification engineer to make sure your application is secure and has followed ServiceNow's best practices.
  4. Once your app is certified it can be published to the store for download.
  5. You'll need to keep your app up to date by recertifying for every new release.

Hi Tarun ,

Developer instances are not permitted to publish to the Store unless you have joined the Technology Partner Program.
