QR Code for Space Reservation - Unable to submit a reservation

I created QR codes for desks in one of our buildings and when I scan the QR code for a space, it opens the Now Mobile app on my phone but it shows the details of the space only. I don't have any options to submit a reservation from the screen. Per this documentation, it says that employees can scan the code, submit a reservation.
Is additional configuration needed to allow employees to submit a reservation after scanning the QR code?
