Quarter wise Reporting on Issues

Hi Community,
We have a requirement to build a report which will show number of issues occured during each quarter.
The report creation is straight forward but we are struggeling to configure the x-axis of the report which show the Quarter details (PFA the Screenshot).
As of now under report Configure Section we Select the Standard Calendar per Quarter and this is what we got:
Upon changing the caledar type to Gregorian per quarter, the output is like :
Both these x-axis details are not acceptable to our Stakeholder.
What we want is to present the quarter details like QE March 2023, QE June 2023.. and so on.
Also the displayed quarters must be in order.
Like the financial Year starts in Month of April, so the Bars/Count of issues should come up as - QE June 2023, QE Spet 2023, QE Dec 2023 and QE March 2024.
Please help us to achieve this functionality as we are creating many reports which needs the Quarterwise segrigation of data.
Please let me know if the ask is making sense and any other details are required.

Tell your stakeholder that his requirements aren't possible in ServiceNow at this moment. It also sounds very weird to report on created incidents based on the fiscal year. When you look at a report that says Q1, every one knows you are looking at the incidents from Jan-Mar. If you need it to start at the beginning of the fiscal year, just make your filter start on April 1st.
