Query related to on-call scheduling in servicenow

Hi,

 

I am working on "on-call scheduling" in servicenow, but having few queries.. if anyone can help?

1. I need to add one technician name belongs to 'abc' group for one week (7th to 14th August -24*7 shift), then there will be another technician needs to be added belongs to same group, who will be working from 15th to 21st August).. is it possible to add both technicians in the single schedule? If yes, then please suggest how this can be done.

 

2. Another question is if one technician for 7th to 14th August and later the calendar can be edit by the manager right.. but in this case when manager should do it, because shift is 24*7, without any gaps, I was planning to go ahead like this to fix the problem 1, but seems like not possible..
