Query related to virtual agent in portal

There is a virtual agent chat widget added in esc portal. When I open the agent chat icon in the portal, it shows the below message to select 3 options. Once we pick the options, it gives us the option to connect with live agent.
Also, I am unable to type anything in the virtual agent chat.
Please let me know where can the above two things be configured

Hi @swaghosh
You wont be able to type anything because virtual agent requires an input from the user before it moves to the next step in the flow. Please let me know if I can help you further.

I am unable to find the topic that initially pops up when i open the chat icon. I checked in greetings topic as well but could not figure it out
