Question About Reschedule/Cancel Functionality in Employee Center- Schedule an Appointment

In the Employee Center- schedule an appointment, once an appointment is scheduled, there is currently no option to reschedule or cancel it (screenshot below. There is no link). This appears to be an out-of-the-box feature, so I’m unable to modify the “Online Check-In Experience” widget.
Should this type of modification be handled within the Angular providers or the Angular ng-templates? If so, which one?

The absence of reschedule or cancel links is expected out‑of‑the‑box behavior.
An appointment cannot be rescheduled or canceled when the current time falls within the reschedule/cancel window defined in the service configuration.
