question in Servicenow Ebonding integration

Hi Friends,
I am trying to do Ebonding integration Snow to Snow with the Oauth2.0 type Authorization code. But when I click the Get OAuth Token in Rest Message I am getting below error. Here attached the Application registry which I have configured. Please let me know what is wrong in this, do I need to specify OAuth scopes, if yes then what I have to specifiy. kinldy let me know.
Error message:
HTTP Error 401 - Unauthorized

Waiting is the only option to release this instance and take a new one. However, in that case, you will lose all your data. It’s better to wait for some time

Hi Ankur,
Have configured as per your advised, first time it worked and it went for login page and asked for username and password and next time onwards I am getttng below error. Here attached the configuration I have done in application registry and also the error message i have recevied.

Check the REST message header
For authorization code type it should be Authorization : Basic <BASE64({CLIENT ID}:{CLIENT SECRET})>
