Hello Community, I recieved a message today about my PDI with the followong:
Dear Service Now Developer,
Please save your work and release the current instance by the end of April 10th, 2025. The instance has technical issues and must be retired.

Hi @Tsura Andreeva ,
Yes, you will be able to request a new instance. You can capture all you work in update set or take XML as backup.
Post that you can make it retire and request for a new instance.
So that when you have a new instance you can upload the XML and update set by which you will not loose your work.
