Question on Email Properties (email_properties.do)

My manager asked me where the configuration is to not send emails except those in the "Send all email to this test email address (non-production testing)" field.

I told her I always assumed it was just under-the-hood and as far as I knew, so I thought to come here to confirm. (As in, "don't send emails except to the emails in this list" is logic you can't see or modify, it's just built-in)

Also, if we remove all emails from this field, do the emails go out to the correct email address? (whatever the email is in the recipient) I'll test right now but I hope to hear from people who are more familiar with how the SMTP server works and outbound email configuration, etc. because I haven't messed with this much.

Yes, @jglez1  Understanding is correct. It is OOTB property and used when we need dont want to send email to actual user/ emails. It is something like dummy mailbox we can say, so instead of going to actual user SN send email to thsi is, if value is filled.
