I have integrated ceridian with servicenow where any request created in ceridian it also created in servicenow however, there is an issue with the "requestor" field if the user doesn't exist in servicenow the field remains blank which is correct but we have a new requirement if the requestor filed in the JSON body from ceridian does not exist in servicenow a user should be able to create in servicenow with the value from the requestor field in the JSON BODY and create user and should be able to visible in requestor field of RITM.
Can anyone please help me on this.
