Question on survey response

Hi All,

If a user submits negative feedback, a low feedback notification is triggered, and that notification goes to the manager indicating that the user has submitted negative feedback. We have added a button on the notification that says, "Please review the survey response here." However, when the manager clicks on this button, an error message appears, "You have not been granted access to review this response." Manager having admin access, so why is this error message showing up, Please can anyone help me on this.

That message sage is coming directly from the UI Page: assessment_take2

 

 

 

The only role required to see Survey results is: survey_reader

Ensure the user has that role.

 

It would be unusual for 'the manager to have full admin' access
