Question related to previous Choice selection not disappeaning when new choice selection is made

Hi

I have a variable with few choices - and each choice has a different set of questions.

When I select choice 1, i get a list of questions associated with choice 1

But when I select choice 2, the questions associated with choice 1 do not disappear from the form. The form displays questions from choice 1 as well as choice 2.

Note that Reverse If False is checked.

Snapshot1 is the first selection and gives 3 questions. Snapshot 2 is second selection. It still shows the questions for this selection but also shows the questions from first selection

The Teams snapshot has the questions from Outlook selection as well

Hi @Saquib Mohammed ,

Create a UI policy with condition:

"What service are you looking for support for" is not "Teams"

Then save the form and create ui policy actions to hide the 3 fields which are dependent of teams.

Similarly do it for outlook.
