Quick link is not showing to particular user on the portal

Hi Guys,
I have added " My Approvals " quick link on the homepage of the service portal but as its visible to me for the admin , when I try to impersonate with another user for e.g. Abel tuter its not visible to him.
Can someone please guide me on that?
