Hi Community,
When we are trying to upload of image in Quick links container in Employee Centre pro Portal then image is getting cropped/zoomed out automatically from snow. So by this user will not be able to see the img completely.
We have tried adding 50px of blank space to the bottom of every img which is fitting properly in img container, but customer didn't satisfied with this as there is white space visible at down of img. Img is getting uploaded to the (sys_attachement) table
Please suggest is there any fix of this?

After uploading the new image did you tried clearing the browser and instance cache.
A lot of things on EC portals are reflected after cache clearing.

Below is the screenshot of instance options for quick links, you can try changing few values like size or alignment.
That may work for you.

No luck, still its same. By changing size the entire tile is becoming small and alignment as well applies to entire tile, it is displaying as 2 tiles per row.
Something in CSS or its happening through platform ? Any idea ?

Hi @Janu sree
Not sure if you were able to get this resolved but I also had this same issue.
What i was able to do was resize my image to 150-200x150 or less and would paste it into Paint 3D after cropping the screen size there to 300x150. This seemed to render the image without cropping. Hope that helps. Here is how mine turned out!
