"Add the data" option

Hi Team,

Can you please suggest the correct option for below question.

 

How can we add the ‘Add the data’ option in ServiceNow tables/databases?

A. Import sets

B. Java code

C. using forms

D. Custom UI pages

Hi @Madhumati  

 

As per my understanding, Add the data , means by 3rd party we are getting data inside the SN. Not sure, what interface screenshot ,you add, I am not able to see this option in my PDI. 

 

We use import set t get the data inside SN.
